St Kitts CBI payment schedule and refundable fees
Paid at filing, never refunded: due diligence (US$10,000 principal, US$7,500 per dependant 16+) and the US$1,000 administrative fee. A refusal is logged in the ECCIRA regional database, so you cannot re-file with another island. That is why we pre-screen before you pay anything.
Paid after approval in principle: the SISC or Public Benefit Project contribution, or the real estate purchase into escrow. The US$250,000 is paid only once the government has granted approval in principle.
Paid at issue: US$500 per passport.
On top: our professional fee, local legal fees on a property purchase, and the unit's government fees on real estate transactions. Every client gets a written estimate with all of these before engagement, and we re-verify the schedule on the day you file.
Against the region: Dominica from US$200,000, Antigua US$230,000, Grenada US$235,000, Saint Lucia US$240,000. You pay more here for the fastest processing and the strongest passport; see the Caribbean comparison.
St Kitts and Nevis passport cost for US and Canadian applicants
For US and Canadian citizens
Treat US$261,500 as the cost of a lifetime second citizenship for you and your children, not a tax investment. It changes nothing about US worldwide taxation, FBAR and FATCA, or Canadian tax until you sever residential ties. The SISC is a donation; only real estate returns capital, and only after seven years.
For US and Canada residents on another passport
For a family of four you pay about US$20,000 more than Dominica for UK access, no restrictions under US Proclamation 10998 and a passport in about five months instead of nine. Ask us first whether your nationality and residence history qualify; due diligence fees are lost on refusal.
