- Proof of medical insurance obtained from Portugal’s designated insurance provider
- NIF Number (Portugal TAX ID Number)
- Proof of arranged accommodation in Portugal (rental agreement)
- Bank Account with a Portuguese Bank
- Intention to remain in the country for 183 consecutive days
